I have been a user of this app for quite a long time; after the last update, when I tried to renew my subscription, I had the bad surprise that, afte having paid the money, I was not given access to the content, when trying to open the app, it kept asking me to renew the subscription. Apple was kind enough to refund the money, the app developers tried to solve the issue and when I tried to renew the subscription for the second time the result was the same....
Please fix non funziona
App hasnt been workibg for the past two weeks (!) while my subscription is active. Sky.it customer service doesnt reply to any email.
